Olivera Kjorveziroska is the author of the following books: The Third Floor and The Tall Whites (poetry); The Little Bun Mirna and My Brother from the Thirteenth Floor (children's novels); Grandpa Mile, Zorki and Cvetka, and Shoes (picture books); Do Dreams Open Up Work, One Text and One Woman, and Halfway (criticism and essays); Lou’s Locked Body, Ab't, and Three Marias (novels for adults); The Sorrows of the Young Proofreader, Knitted Stories, Two Pillows, (Sewn) Stories, Sugar-Free Short Stories, The Streets That Do Not Exist, Leap Years, and Thread Tail (short stories). She is a recipient of short story awards, and in 2003, she received the Stale Popov Award for Knitted Stories. Her work is featured in around twenty anthologies. Her novel Three Marias won all three major prose awards in Macedonia in 2025: the Racin Award, the Stale Popov Award by the Writers' Association of Macedonia (DPM), and the Novel of the Year Award, making it the first Macedonian novel to win every major award in a single year. She is a member of the DPM and the Macedonian PEN Center.
