On October 4th, at 9:00 p.m., in the Youth Cultural Center, "Frosina" cinema, come to the SLAM COMPETITION with the participants: Francis Kirps (Luxembourg), Pero Sardjoski, Maria Grubor, Lile Jovanoska, Igor Trpce, Gorazd Kenny Kitanovski, Anica Blaževska, Andrej Al-Assadi.
The poetry slam contest is a modern, performative way of interpreting author's original texts and is of a competitive nature. A five-member jury chosen by the audience scores the texts and the way of performance. The performer(s) have only their original work at their disposal, which needs to be performed by heart into a microphone with no other props or music and three to five minutes of performance time.
