Ksenija Čočkova (1979) is a translator from the German language. She graduated from the Department of German Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology "Blaže Koneski" in Skopje. Today she lives and works as a literary translator and cultural manager in Baden-Baden, Germany. She worked on several exhibitions, conferences, various projects in the field of culture. So far, she has published more than 30 translations of authors from the German-speaking world, including: Bernhard Schlink, Julia Franck, Elfriede Jelinek, Bertolt Brecht, Christoph Hein, Stefan Zweig, Elias Canetti, Robert Walzer, Robert Musil and others. For her translations, she has been awarded several scholarships such as the "Meeting of Translators", organized by the Literary Colloquium Berlin, the "Translator's Residence" of the Goethe-Institut and the Alfred Tepfer Foundation in Gut Siggen.
