Branko Rosić (1964) is a Serbian writer and a graduated mechanical engineer born in Belgrade. He was a member of the punk band Urbana Guerrilla, and later in the electro group Berliner Strasse. . He collaborated in the writing of the “Lexicon of YU Mythology” and published texts in Playboy, Elle, L'Europeo, Cosmopolitan, Max, National Geographic, B92 Online, Fame. He is the deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine "Nedeljnik".

Rosić conducted interviews with all important figures from the culture of the territory of the former Yugoslavia, but also interviews with important world figures – Steven Patrick Morrissey (The Smiths), Nick Mason (Pink Floyd), Yoko Ono, Hanif Kureishi, Irvine Welsh, Jo Nesbø, Jean-Paul Gaultier etc.

He is one of the first Serbian musicians who gave an interview to the famous English newspaper New Musical Express. He was the chief editor of the Festival Exit’ publication 20 years of Exit activism.

To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, he was introduced as “a punk in the guise of a journalist.” The British Queen Elizabeth II honored him with the Medal of the British Empire for exceptional contribution to the promotion of cultural ties between Great Britain and Serbia.

He is the author of three novels.
