She completed her primary\nand secondary education in her hometown, and graduated from the Faculty of\nPhilology in Skopje, where she lives and works as a literary editor. She is the author\nof two books of poetry, three books for children, three books of critique and essays,\nthree novels and eight books of short stories for adults.<\/p>\n<p>She is a multiple winner of significant short story awards in Macedonia. For\n&quot;(S)pleteni raskazi&quot; she received the award for best prose book of the Writers&#039;\nAssociation of Macedonia - &quot;Stale Popov&quot; in 2003, and for the novel &quot;Three Marys&quot; -\nthe \u201cRacin\u2019s Recognition\u201d Award for 2025. The novel &quot;The Locked Body of Lou&quot;\nentered the final for the Novel of the Year in 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Kjorveziroska&#039;s short stories have been translated into English, French, Hungarian,\nAlbanian, Czech, Serbian, Bulgarian, Slovenian, Polish, Russian, German and Greek.\nHer collection &quot;(S)pleteni raskazi&quot; has been translated into Croatian, and the novels\n&quot;My Brother from the Thirteenth Floor&quot; and &quot;Ab&#039;t&quot; into Albanian and Bulgarian. The\nnovel &quot;The Breadbun Mirna&quot; is listed as optional reading in the curriculum for third\ngraders in elementary schools.<\/p>\n<p>Kjorveziroska is represented in about twenty anthologies published at home, in\nMacedonian, and abroad - in other languages.
